The location is very convenient, just few steps from the station and walking distance to the spa World.
Very good , reasonable price ,very clean and good location.I will go back to stay again
less toilet ,shower room.
Small room but since it was only used for sleeping...no problem at all. The price was very low and thus one cannot complain...it was very much worth the money.
Great price and very close to train and metro stop.
The only thing we liked was that we got our money back when we decided to immediately check out when we discovered cockroaches in our room.
We are fine with a simple, basic hotel, but this one is very dirty. We had a Japanese style room, with dirty tatami mats and a dirty small fridge. But most important: there were cockroaches in the room.
I think it's one of the cheapest hotel in Japan.
It is a centric hotel and the staff is nice. We found a cockroach in the first room they assigned to us. The second one was clean and nice but...
It's cheap, clean and definitely worth for the price you paid. It is located just beside the subway and train, so it's very convenience.
I did not manage to book a room with toilet so I have to share the toilet with everyone else. And I felt the toilet was quiet dirty.
Helpful staff. Some English spoken. Right next to subway exit. Very good value for money if you don't mind basic hotel.
Friendly and very profesionnal staff, very clean and good for the value. Just in front of subway station, easy!
Very good location, less than 5 min walk to the JR station Shin Imamiya. Staff all speak good English and are friendly. The room is small but clean and cozy, with everything you need provided, including for example, TV, fridge, air-con, free wi-fi, pajama and towels. It is absolutely value for money and I had a comfortable stay there.
The hotel looks a little old although facilities are full. If there is shower on each floor it will be even better.
Great value for money in a handy location.
You do have to travel to most of the sights.
- easy to subway
- noisy - only 2 private bathroom
The best location, just less than 1 min. Walk from Exit no.2 Of Dobutsuen- mae station (Midosuji Line). Close to Shin-imamiya jr Station (Easy to get to anywhere including airport and jr Namba where Express way bus station located). The guys at the reception are nice and friendly. There are elevator and public bath for hotel guest. Within walking distance to Naniwa Tower and restaurants. They have coin laundry machine and you can buy detergent at the reception for 40Yen. They provided towel and yukata in room.
They only have 2 private shower rooms which can be crowded in the morning. The smell of the damp in the shower could be improved. I wish hotel could provide the hanger in the shower room to hang the clothes and towel. I will not complain about the cleanliness of shower room as it's also guest's responsibility when using shared facilities (please respect and think about others who use the facilities after you). The hotel check-out time is 10am which is normal for hotel in Japan. At that time, I was packing luggage, prepared to leave and the man who knocked on the door saw it but still told us with forcing tone to leave the room. I realized that it was our fault for being late but if he could tell us nicely, I would rate the hotel staffs "excellent". However, I will stay there again next time because of the price and location.
It's really cheap and good value for money. The room could be small for certain people but quite big already in the japan standard. A very nice public bathroom too and facilities like microwave etc. Great location, right outside the subway station. Would totally recommend to those budget travellers.
